About the Role
We are hiring Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who will assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving concerns in Spanish. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
- At least 1 year of call center or care work experience; healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Strong empathy — this position handles delicate healthcare situations
- Solid communication skills in English with the ability to build rapport easily
- High emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong active listener able to pick up on key points during conversation
- Must be residing in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, or Bulacan
- Wired internet speed requirement: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls in Spanish and English
- Provide professional resolutions to customer concerns in a timely manner
- Accurately record customer interactions and updates
- Follow company guidelines, processes, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
Salary and Benefits
